# Basic Rules

  1. Both you and your server, including the bot must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines and Discord's Developer Policy consistently.

  2. Your Discord Bot or any features of it may be denied without providing a specific reason.

  3. You must remain in the Support Server

  4. If a Product Price changes after we have already agreed on a price then the price we agreed on will still be in effect.

# Refunds

  1. Refunds will not be given if it is passed 14 days after product delivery.

  2. You must clearly show that the product was not made to the agreed plan.

# Source Code Guidelines

  1. The Source Code agreement will be made and agreed by both parties before payment is made.

  2. Your Minecraft Plugin or any features of it may be denied without providing a specific reason.

  2. There is a limit of 1 stream at a time per account.

  3. You cannot try to bypass any security mesures or restrictions on your account.

  4. You must remain in the Support Server

  5. If a Product Price changes after we have already agreed on a price then the price we agreed on will still be in effect.

  6. Misuse of Free Trial will result in IP ban.

# Refunds

  1. Refunds will not be given if it is passed 7 days after product delivery.

  2. You must clearly show that the product was not given as advertised.
